Top Bev Limited gives notice under clause 12.1b of the BrooDoo SaaS Terms of Use that it will cease providing the BrooDoo service.

The service ends on 30 September 2026. After that date the application will no longer be available and you will not be able to log in.

Before 30 September 2026

Please download or export anything you need to keep. In particular, please make sure you have copies of any excise duty returns, stock records and reports you may need for your own compliance purposes. Access to the application ends with the service.

Requesting a copy of your data

Under clause 12.9 of the Terms you may, at any time up to 31 October 2026, request either:

• a copy of your data stored using the service. This is provided in a common electronic form. A reasonable charge applies for preparing and providing it, and we will confirm the cost with you before proceeding. We do not warrant that the format will be compatible with any particular software; or
• deletion of your data.

Please send any request to closing@broodoo.com before 31 October 2026.

After 31 October 2026

Client data will be securely destroyed and copies will no longer be available. If you need your records, please request them well before that date rather than close to it.
